Do you have a price list? 

 

Costs are itemised on my prices page. But prices can vary if you have any special requirements, which we can discuss.

Is there a minimum order? 

 

Yes, there is a minimum order of 25 for each item. The exception is the seating plan - you can order just one or more of those.

Do stationery items come with envelopes? 

 

LongLiveLove supplies you with 200gsm crisp, white envelopes as standard. However, for that extra special touch I think you will love the Colorplan envelope range. The envelopes page will tell you more and offer suggestions for matching Colorplan envelopes. Note that my RSVP cards are designed to be sent as a postcard and do not require an envelope.

How long before getting married should I place my order? 

 

LongLiveLove aims to have your printed items delivered within four weeks of your order confirmation. As you will need to give your guests plenty of notice, I suggest the following timeline as a guide:

Save the date cards | 8-12 months

Getting married during the summer or on a bank holiday? If so, it is advisable to send a save the date card so that your guests won't miss the big day. These should be sent between 8-12 months before your wedding. 

 

Invitations and RSVP cards | 4-6 months

Wedding invitations and RSVP cards are usually sent approximately 4 months before the day. If you are marrying abroad then you may want to lengthen this timescale to 6 months before your wedding date. Remember to give your guests plenty of time to RSVP ahead of the big day so you can get your final numbers together and order your on-the-day stationery.

 

Wedding day stationery | 2-3 months

It really is best to order stationery for the big day itself at least 2 months before the wedding date. This includes items such as Order of Service, Table numbers, Menus, Place cards and Table plans. 

 

 Thank you cards  | 1 month after

A thank you card is a touching way to tell your friends and family how much their presence and kind gifts meant to you both.

How many invitations do I need?

 

Bear in mind that you will only send a single invite to each couple or family, rather than one per guest. But it's wise to have at least half a dozen spare invites, in case you need to send a few out much nearer the day.

If I have to cancel an order, can I receive a refund? 

 

I do appreciate that, sometimes, circumstances change. If you are forced to cancel your order before it goes to print, LongLiveLove offer a partial refund based on the costs of personalising your stationery. I ensure you have plenty of opportunities to check the proofs of your personalised stationery and approve it. So once it has gone to print, refunds are regrettably not possible. This applies whether you wish to cancel the order or amend it after the print stage. There are no refunds on sample stationery, which I offer as cheaply as possible.
