Terms and conditions


Please be aware that our terms and conditions may be updated without notice. Customers are advised to get in touch before placing an order if they do have a particular enquiry.



When, at any stage, we send a design proof to a customer, that is their opportunity to take all the time required to proof read the text. We strongly suggest customers print a hard copy of the proof so that they may review it at its correct size. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure there are no inaccuracies of any kind, such as mistakes in spelling or information given. LongLiveLove cannot be held liable for any textual errors.

Up to three rounds of digital proofs will be provided by LongLiveLove at the given price, which includes a final proof to be signed off. Additional rounds will incur further costs of £20 per additional proof. All amendments required by the customer must be submitted by email.

When a customer gives LongLiveLove written sign off, indicating the correct proof to proceed with, it signals that the customer is satisfied there are no textual errors. Only then do we initiate print production. If, after printing, any error is discovered by the customer, they must bear the cost of any necessary reprinting.



Samples are available to order at a basic cost to demonstrate the quality of print and paper, but are not printed with a customer's personal details.



Following a customer's confirmation of their order, LongLiveLove will wait for payment. As soon as full payment has been received, a wedding stationery customisation document will be emailed to the customer for them to complete with their details. Once this has been returned to us, a PDF proof of the customer's personalised wedding stationery is emailed to them within three working days.

The finished stationery is printed only when the customer has approved the final proof. Delivery times are indicated on the delivery page and may sometimes be shorter - though this is not guaranteed. If delivery times are affected by unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, the customer will be kept fully apprised of progress.

Printing variations 


Please be aware that, due to minor inconsistencies in the print production process, samples may not perfectly match the finished product. Similarly, colours on screen will appear to differ slightly from those printed. The set up of a printing press and its plates, and the paper and ink employed, may sometimes result in these marginal variations.



We deliver to the customer's invoice address, unless they specify a different delivery address when placing an order. Deliveries will require a recipient's signature, so it as advisable to have the stationery delivered to an address, such as a workplace, where someone will be present to sign.

Stationery is sent via Royal Mail first class signed-for delivery as standard. Larger or heavier orders may be sent via courier service. Stationery leaves our studio in perfect condition and is packed securely. We cannot be held responsible for any damage that might occur in transit. We do post internationally and will advise customers in writing of the extra costs involved. LongLiveLove accepts no liability for delays in shipping or for any local duty charges incurred.



Costs listed on the LongLiveLove website are in pound sterling and include VAT. We reserve the right to amend prices at any time without notice, though any quote given will remain valid for a further two months and will not be affected by any potential change in price during that period.



Payment can only be made via Bacs.

The production of personalised stationery will not proceed until LongLiveLove has received full payment for a customer's order. Any adjustments, amendments or changes in quantities required by the customer may incur charges which will be advised and then invoiced additionally. If, after printing, a customer discovers they have ordered more stationery than they need, the surplus cannot be refunded.

Cancellations and refunds 


Should a customer cancel their order for wedding stationery prior to printing, they will be charged a partial refund based on the costs of personalising their stationery. However, after final proofs have been approved by the customer, their order is not eligible for cancellation or refund.

In the unlikely event that LongLiveLove cancel an order, the customer will be given a full refund.

If goods are received in a damaged or faulty condition, the customer must notify us by email within three days. They will be required to pack any or all such goods securely, so as to avoid any damage during transportation, and return them to us. If responsibility for any fault lies with LongLiveLove, a choice of replacement or refund will be offered. Only under such circumstances may refunds be given.

Copyright and data protection


LongLiveLove pledges to not send marketing material to a customer or share their personal details with any third party. We do reserve the right to use stationery we have created for a customer to promote LongLiveLove either online or displayed in physical form.

All designs on this website are the property and copyright of LongLiveLove. No customer or third party may copy or reproduce any part of the design of our wedding stationery in any way, for either business or personal use. Legal action will be taken to prohibit any such infringement of copyright. If a customer wishes to feature any copyrighted material, such as images or text, into their personalised stationery, it is their responsibility to first obtain permission to do so.
